Supervisor, Service Delivery

The Supervisor, Service Delivery is responsible for leading frontline staff in the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of Release of Information (ROI) activities. This role focuses on workflow coordination, quality oversight, and people leadership.

• Ensure staff adhere to standardized processes, meet productivity expectations, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations.
• Partner closely with the Manager, Service Delivery to identify operational risks, coach staff, and drive consistent daily throughput.
• Conduct daily huddles and assign work based on staffing, workflow needs, and queue aging.
• Maintain an accurate skills matrix to inform work assignment and staff development.
• Support new hire onboarding and reinforce training content (Phase 1).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational pilots.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects Datavant values.
• Support adoption of technology enabled workflows.

Pay

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $57,000—$62,000 USD.

Schedule

To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Datavant Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis.
