Position Purpose
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management and coordination of custom orders. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant orders while delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in service delivery, order management, or customer operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with order management or ticketing systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Summary
- Manage and process all customer orders from initiation through completion
- Validate order details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules
- Coordinate scheduling with internal teams, field technicians, and third-party vendors
- Maintain monitoring of order progress to ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations related to orders
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, timelines, and requirements
- Collaborate with billing, provisioning, and service delivery teams to resolve account or service discrepancies prior to order completion
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all order activities in company systems
- Identify and address process gaps, delays, or risks impacting order completion
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Provide reporting and updates on order volume, performance, and trends
