About the role
We are seeking an individual to serve as the Service BDC Coordinator to oversee Service BDC department employees. The job duties and functions include training, overseeing Service BDC Agents on inbound and outbound call quality and performance, and daily communication with Service BDC Coordinator to maintain department standards.
Responsibilities
- Train new employees as needed on processes, procedures, and goals of the department
- Aid in coordinating service BDC agents on performance and duties
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Continued learning of new systems and products
Requirements
- Works well in a team environment
- Happy and positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and handle work flow
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Associates degree
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable source of transportation
Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Works well within a team environment as well as independently
- Time management skills required - dependability
- Familiarity with CRM / Xtime software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite
- A background in Automotive Service department
- Ability to pass criminal background check
