Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule service appointments
- Set, confirm, and manage service appointments accurately
- Use CRM and dealership scheduling systems to track customer communication and appointment details
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Follow up with customers regarding service needs, appointment reminders, and dealership communication
- Communicate clearly with customers, advisors, and service team members
- Help address customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Support a positive customer experience through excellent phone etiquette, organization, and follow-through
- Help maintain appointment volume and support the overall efficiency of the service department
Qualifications
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and scheduling systems
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
