Service Appointment Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments for guests to ensure their vehicle needs are taken care of
- Actively listen to customers, answer questions, and connect them to the appropriate department or team member
- Respond promptly to customer phone calls, internet leads, online scheduling requests, and live chat inquiries
- Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up on missed appointments
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service throughout every interaction
- Work collaboratively with the Service Department and other dealership teams
- Perform other administrative, service, and business development assigned tasks
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other computer platforms
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous scheduling, appointment-setting, or call center experience preferred
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn and improve
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
