Service Appointment Coordinator

About the role

We're seeking a motivated Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves answering incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
• Respond promptly to online service requests, text messages, and emails.
• Cookorate with service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Contact customers regarding declined services, maintenance reminders, and overdue maintenance.
• Aid with manufacturer service campaigns and recall outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and scheduling software.
• Help achieve department appointment, show rate, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Positive, professional attitude.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
