Responsibilities
- Fielding calls to our service department and answering general service questions
- Accurately setting and coordinating service appointments for our clients
- Communicating with service advisors regarding their clients that you speak with
- Make outgoing calls to clients to actively set appointments regarding maintenance/recall visits and client satisfaction
- Work cooperatively with the service department and other departments to be a team player
- Resolve issues and look for opportunities to enhance the Hines Park experience
- Manage the Service Rental Vehicles
- Learns Service cashier to be back up
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a BDC or Service Department is preferred but not required
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
