About the role
Casey Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator for our Business Development Center.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound service calls
- Aid in scheduling service appointments
- Help achieve daily appointment goals
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Motivated by clear targets and a passion for excellence
- High school diploma or GED, or 1 to 3 months of related customer service/call center experience
- Ability to master phone training techniques and demonstrate exceptional phrasing, tone, and smooth communication
- Strong reading, comprehension, and writing abilities, and effective presentation skills
- Strict adherence to company guidelines regarding integrity, customer honesty, and professional language
- Punctuality and consistent attendance required

Pay & Schedule
- $16.00 per hour plus commissions
- Must be available to work shifts Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
