Service and Warranty Administrator
A Kight Home Center (a division of Carter Lumber) is seeking a Service and Warranty Administrator to coordinate warranty-related service work for windows and doors. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of window and door products, an understanding of installation practices, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements to be Considered for the Position
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Extensive knowledge of building materials and tools
- Ability to understand installation concepts
- Possess strong math skills
- Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities of the Position
- Customer Service:
- Treats customers with the utmost respect and provides the highest quality of workmanship
- Completes jobs promptly and accurately, paying close attention to details
- Adheres to the company's code of conduct and responds to customer concerns in a patient and understanding manner
- Knowledge & Training:
- Maintains a thorough understanding of window and door products, components, and common issues
- Completes required training to stay current on product updates and warranty procedures
- Obtains and maintains any necessary certifications related to warranty administration
