Service Advisors

Role Responsibilities

• Advises customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options.
• Maintains accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification.
• Promotes additional services and products to support service department revenue goals.
• Schedules service appointments and prepares detailed repair orders with technicians.
• Verifies insurance information and coordinates loaner vehicles as needed.
• Provides timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process.

Employee Prerequisites

• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems.
• Able to complete onboarding in a timely manner.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
