Role Responsibilities
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification
- Promote additional services and products to support service department revenue goals
- Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians
- Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
- Provide timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process
Employee Prerequisites
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
- Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems
- Able to complete onboarding in a timely manner
- Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
