Service Advisor

Role Overview: The Service Advisor promotes all products and services, manages workflow, and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the store manager. They deliver exceptional customer service, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate solutions. They provide accurate quotes, communicate service updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups. They also track returns, warranty parts, and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, prior experience as a Service Advisor, and in sales, customer service, or automotive fields. Candidates should possess a professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work at least five days a week including Saturdays. Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary range of $50,000-$80,000 plus commission.
