Role Responsibilities
- Advises customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options.
- Maintains accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification.
- Promotes additional services and products to support service department revenue goals.
- Schedules service appointments and prepares detailed repair orders with technicians.
- Verifies insurance information and coordinates loaner vehicles as needed.
- Provides timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process.
Employee Prerequisites
- Flexible availability to meet business needs.
- Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems.
- Able to complete onboarding in a timely manner.
- Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
