Service Advisors

Sales Responsibilities

• Present service recommendations, pricing, and repair options that maximize customer trust and revenue.
• Accurately manage customer records, invoices, payments, and warranty details to support smooth payouts.
• Identify and recommend additional maintenance and products that increase repair orders and increase commissions.
• Create accurate Repair Orders with strong cost estimates.

Support Services

• Schedule appointments, document concerns, and create accurate Repair Orders with strong cost estimates.
• Control the Service Flow.
• Verify insurance and coordinate loaner vehicles to protect CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and repeat business.

• Quick learner able to complete onboarding and start producing results quickly.
• Strong communication skills to confidently engage customers, build trust, and drive sales.
