About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor Trainee. In this entry-level role, you will learn the essential functions of a Service Advisor, acting as a liaison between customers and our service team. You will ensure that customers receive outstanding service and care while helping to manage service operations efficiently. This position offers room for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s service needs, ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians
- Develop knowledge of service processes, repair orders, and vehicle maintenance
- Learn to prepare accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs and services
- Facilitate customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service scheduling
- Communicate service updates to customers in a clear and friendly manner
- Handle customer concerns and issues, working to resolve them in a professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and warranties
- Assist with customer follow-ups and service reminders
- Provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- College education preferred but not required; further education in automotive, customer service, or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Basic knowledge of automotive services is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Schedule
