Service Management Trainee

About the role

Mission Linen Supply has immediate openings for Management Trainees in state‑of‑the‑art operating plants in California and Arizona. The Service Management Trainee will learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives – RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and driving the team to achieve operational goals. Relocation is required during or after training to manage a team within the first three years of the career.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives – RSSRs)
• Ensure unsurpassed customer satisfaction
• Push the team to achieve operational goals
• Direct efforts to maximize new business accounts
• Further penetration of existing accounts
• Responsible for account retention
• Participate in a hands‑on, well‑structured management‑training program
• Develop industry skills and gain a structured understanding of day‑to‑day manager life
• Complete a 30‑week training program with rotations across various departments
• Receive support from senior management, progress reports, and company‑sponsored management development workshops
• Prepare for future leadership opportunities leading your own team after program completion

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage a team within the first 3 years
• College degree highly desired; military experience welcomed
• 3‑5 years of experience in a management role
• Ability to relocate upon completion to other states for career growth
• Thorough understanding of Mission’s products and services
• Excellent work ethic

Pay

Management Trainee base salary is $70,304 – $80,000, depending on experience. The starting salary is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.
