Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management and lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed courses of action, and empathetic service.
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services, and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
• Participate in community service projects that improve your local area.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Work Environment

• Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations, including:
• Safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Safely accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
