What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and capture vehicle information
- Listen to customer concerns and service needs
- Schedule service appointments and arrange loaner vehicles
- Prepare clear and accurate service estimates
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
- Review completed work and explain invoices
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
