Responsibilities
- Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, and communicating them to the technicians.
- Communicating with the customer through out the repair process and providing estimates to the customer.
- Managing warranties and finalizing invoices.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, contacting customers with special order parts, providing estimates, and replying to any customer inquiry.
- Filling in whenever a service advisor is out.
- Following up with customers to promote positive (CSI) survey responses.
Qualifications
- Service Writing experience strongly preferred.
