Land Rover Roaring Fork is looking to add to our team of Service Advisors. We ensure our customers receive top-notch service in all our departments. We believe culture makes a difference and strive to build lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.

About the role

Our ideal candidates will be experienced Service Advisors with a great attitude, people skills, and work ethic. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Compensation is commission-based with a monthly draw of $1,000 and an annual pay range of $80,000–$175,000, depending on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome
  • Work with customer and technician to identify required services using the vehicle’s service history
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; inform them of any current special promotions
  • Compute cost of replacement parts and labor
  • Address customer’s questions and needs promptly and professionally
  • Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, verifying cleanliness and completion of all scheduled services/repairs
  • Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager
  • Meet the dealership’s standards for repair order production

Requirements

  • Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent communication skills and a “people person” attitude
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug screening, and credit report

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Two years of experience in a dealership position
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • ASE certification preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
