Service Advisor - Friendship of Forest City

Friendship Automotive is an award-winning, customer-focused automotive group with 17 locations across 4 states and 8 cities. We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Friendship Automotive of Forest City. Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
• Assist Service Manager as needed

Pay

Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission, with training compensation based on experience.
