We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving. Your position includes building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Must be proactive, have Service Advisor experience, and be committed to creating a positive environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow-up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant is not necessary. Will provide on-the-job training!
