Service Advisor - Automotive ( experience Required )

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately assess service needs
• Write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status
• Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and professionally
• Maintain strong customer relationships and high CSI scores
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing
• Follow dealership processes and compliance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
• Dealership experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge (diagnostics, maintenance, repair flow)
• Valid driver’s license
