Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview: The Service Advisor performs automotive services efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with purchases in a sales-oriented environment.Use computer systems to manage inventory, create work orders, schedule services, and communicate with the service department.Explain work orders and invoices to customers.Handle retail cashier duties, process payments.Install batteries, balance wheels, repair and install tires, and perform oil changes as needed.Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies.Interpret vehicle inspection results and recommend suitable services. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication skills.Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Effective communication with customers and colleagues.Must be 18 or older.Prior auto repair and retail experience preferred.
