Position Overview Quirk is currently seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to join our busy service department. Key Required Proficiencies Greets customers in a timely, friendly mannerDocumentation of customer concernsClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by customerCheck the progress of repair throughout the dayContacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impactsMaintains strong customer satisfactionExplain all completed work and charges to the customerFollows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor Preferred Skills Prior sales experience preferred but not requiredExperience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with Superior Customer Service SkillsMust demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Benefits Offered Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
