This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, needs minimal supervision once trained, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer and co-worker experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and appointment scheduling.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Coordinate service workflow to help minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
• Support the service team with administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure a clean and organized service reception area.
• Assist Service Advisors in day-to-day operations.
• Pick up and deliver cars, parts, and people.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling and customer management software.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with a great attitude.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug test, and valid driver license).
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus.
