Server (FT&PT)

Shifts

• Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
• (6am-2pm or 2pm-7pm)

Server's Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas.
• Properly set up dining areas and clean after each meal.
• Handle all foods according to sanitary procedures and comply with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred but not required.
• We will train the right candidate.

Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of infection control procedures.
• Multi-tasking and managing stress.
• Competent in time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of and commitment to the assisted living philosophy.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
