About the role

If you love making people smile with food and drinks, this is the job for you. By joining the Food & Beverage team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. You’ll help deliver an “Experience of a Lifetime” for guests and fellow employees by living our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski or snowboard after work (optional and location-dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No formal experience necessary—we will teach you all the necessary skills
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs

Pay

Starting wage: $17.13/hr – $18.57/hr. If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips.
