About the role

As a Server at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, you’ll be part of our Front of House team—delivering warm, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Our team members are the most important stakeholder here at Firebirds. We ensure that our front of house team members receive extensive training and development, are continuously set up for success, and feel welcomed in our Firebirds family. If you’ve never worked in a restaurant before but have a passion for learning, we’ll train you to become a hospitality expert.

Responsibilities

• Fast, efficient, and able to produce a quality product in a timely manner
• Equipped with proper hygiene and uniform standards
• Practices good safety habits when using equipment and handling food
• Neat, clean, and organized
• Completes closing and weekly cleaning checklists
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
• Patience and a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation
• 18+ years of age for Front of House positions
