Pay: $12 per hour + tips Position Summary As a Server at David’s Grill, you’ll deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members, golfers, and local guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable moments, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in providing polished, attentive service in a high-energy setting. Key Responsibilities Provides prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all members and guestsMaintains full knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including daily featuresTakes accurate food and beverage orders and enters them correctly into the point-of-sale systemServes food and beverages in a timely and professional mannerEnsures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards, including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring guest consumptionChecks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipates needsSuggests and upsells menu items such as desserts, coffee, and specialty beveragesProcesses cash and credit card payments according to established proceduresMaintains clean, organized, and guest-ready tables, dining areas, and workstationsAddresses guest concerns promptly and professionally and escalates when appropriateMaintains a polished and professional appearance at all timesCompletes opening, side work, and closing duties as assignedSupports team members and assists with additional tasks as needed Qualifications 1+ year of food service experience preferredUnderstanding of both casual and upscale dining service standardsMust meet state requirements for serving alcoholStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and growRegular and dependable attendance required If you’re looking to be part of a dynamic team at a beautiful golf course and a restaurant that the community loves, we’d love to meet you.
