Responsibilities

• Create memorable dining experiences for guests
• Anticipate and meet guest needs
• Curate personalized recommendations for food, wine, and cocktails
• Deliver flawless execution of fine dining standards
• Foster genuine connections with guests

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining atmosphere
• Exceptional communication skills
• Extensive food and wine knowledge
• Intellectual curiosity
• Natural inclination towards organization and eloquence
• Laser sharp attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Qualifications

• Excellent basic math skills
• Able to operate a POS and Microsoft based Computer system
• At least 18 years of age
