About the role
Ted's Bulletin is seeking Servers to join their team at the new location at One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with guests
- Drive sales and provide an exceptional hospitality experience
Requirements
- At least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
- Able to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages legally
- Flexible to work weekends and some holidays
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service
- High energy and stamina, effective communication skills
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
- Previous server experience
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
