About the role

The Server provides dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas, ensuring adherence to Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsibilities include proper dining set-up, meal and dining service delivery, and cleaning of dining areas. The role also involves handling food in compliance with sanitary procedures and all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
• Set up dining areas according to established standards.
• Deliver meal and dining services in designated areas.
• Clean and maintain dining rooms after service.
• Handle food in compliance with sanitary and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of infection control procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage stress.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Alignment with the assisted living philosophy.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to meet peak service demands.
