About the role

The Pacific Catch, Inc. family is seeking Servers who embody exceptional service and hospitality. The position reports to the General Manager and is part-time, hourly, non-exempt with flexible schedules and weekend availability required. Compensation is $19.61 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive Guest experience by presenting the drink menu, making recommendations, and answering questions about food and beverages;
• Take orders promptly and serve food and drink;
• Check in with Guests regarding their experience and up-sell products whenever possible;
• Record drink or food orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the Point of Sale system;
• Accept and process Guest payment and provide correct change as needed;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Guest’s table throughout the meal, including clearing chopstick wrappers, dirty napkins, glasses, dishes, and silverware as necessary.

Requirements

• High school education is required; a Hospitality or other degree is preferred;
• At least one year of experience in the restaurant or customer service industry is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and move around for up to 5 hours at a time;
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
