Responsibilities

• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
• Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteous demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and give knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
• Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guests’ orders
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
• Issue bills and collect payment, including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
• Assist other servers as needed

• Professional, motivated, and driven individual
• Enjoy working with all types of people from all walks of life
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with taking orders from guests, serving food, clean-up and routine side-work, special event set up/service, and assistance with food preparation
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Able to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time and can lift and maneuver heavy trays

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
