Server
About the role
We're seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you'll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You'll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met
- Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment
- Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards
- Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment
- Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service preferred
- Current ServSafe Certification required
- Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks
- First Aid certification required

Benefits

The schedule will be primarily 10-7.
What We’re Looking For
