About the role

Beef 'O' Brady's at 1070 Wedgewood Estates Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33809 is seeking a Server who lives to create amazing guest experiences. We are looking for friendly, upbeat, passionate individuals to join our team in a fun, fast-paced environment. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
