Server Assistant (Full Time Seasonal 2026)

Responsibilities

• Assists servers in setting and resetting tables, refreshing water, carrying trays of food, clearing tables.
• Provides high levels of service and professionalism.
• Adheres to Food & Beverage Service Standards.
• Knows Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Familiar with resort services/features and local attractions.
• Greets guests enthusiastically and maintains positive relations.
• Anticipates and responds to guests' needs promptly, resolves complaints, ensures satisfaction.
• Answers guest questions accurately and courteously.
• Delivers food items to tables in a timely manner.
• Cleans and resets tables after guests depart.
• Develops and maintains relationships with guests.
• Communicates with food and beverage staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
• Answers phones using correct greeting and etiquette.
• Completes side work during non-busy hours.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps up-to-date on food, beverages, and other products and services.
• Performs related tasks as requested by manager.
• Passes pre-employment background check.
