Server Assistant (Full Time Seasonal 2026)

Responsibilities

• Assists servers in setting and resetting tables, refreshing water, carrying trays of food, clearing tables.
• Provides high levels of service and professionalism.
• Adheres to Food & Beverage Service Standards.
• Knowledgeable about resort services, features, and local attractions.
• Greets guests enthusiastically and maintains positive relations.
• Anticipates and responds to guests' needs promptly.
• Answers guest questions accurately and courteously.
• Delivers food items to tables in a timely manner.
• Removes soiled wares and resets tables after guests depart.
• Develops and maintains relationships with guests.
• Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains professional relationships with co-workers.
• Answers phones using correct greeting and etiquette.
• Completes side work during non-busy hours.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps up-to-date on all food and beverage menu items, including liquor brands.
• Maintains knowledge of department policies and service procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of state liquor regulations.
• Performs related tasks as requested by manager.
• Works flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Stands, walks, lifts, and bends for long periods.
• Has excellent people skills and an outgoing personality.
• Is service-minded and has a positive attitude.
