Training & Development

Responsibilities

• Aid in providing highly personalized, technical, warm, and efficient service.
• Collaborate closely with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience.
• Assist Assistant Servers in Food Delivery, Service of Guests, Table Maintenance, and Hospitality-based Guest Experience.
• Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants.
• Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and fast manner.
• Treat guests in a way to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed their expectations.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Maintain well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
• Work as a team with all CRAVE personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Pay & Schedule

This position starts at a base of $13 per hour and is a tipped position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper etiquette for table clearing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to organize and multi-task.
