Server (Full Time Seasonal 2026)

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverage orders
• Retrieving and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
• Serving food to guests according to resort specifications
• Courteously and efficiently assisting with restaurant maintenance and cleaning
• Providing the highest levels of service and professionalism
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Familiarizing oneself with resort services and local attractions
• Greeting guests with enthusiasm and maintaining positive relations
• Anticipating and responding to guests' needs promptly
• Processing payments and balancing cash receipts
• Removing soiled wares and resetting tables
• Communicating with food and beverage staff for guest satisfaction
• Resolving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction
• Answering phone calls using correct etiquette
• Following checklists and standard operating procedures
• Preparing work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing
• Performing side work during non-busy hours
• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas
• Ensuring professional appearance and knowledge of food & beverage menu items
• Abiding by state liquor regulations and preventing service to minors and intoxicated guests
• Limiting problems and liability related to excessive drinking
• Continuously improving knowledge of food, beverages, and products
• Performing additional supportive tasks as requested

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) months of experience at a high-end resort, hotel, or private club
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse team environments
• Able to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and varied shifts
• Service-minded and positive attitude
• Computer literacy
