Senior Web Marketing Manager

The Web team owns the website end-to-end: engineering, design, content, and strategy. As Sr. Web Marketing Manager, you will own the website's strategic direction, including information architecture, navigation, page strategy, and the through-line that turns the site into a coherent, high-performing experience. You'll connect strategy to real growth goals, ensuring the site is found and converts, while partnering closely with Product Marketing to reflect Jane’s positioning as a multi-product, AI-powered platform.
This is a senior builder individual contributor role with real influence. Strategy, design, engineering, and content work together from the start, and you’ll lead that work through clarity and judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy for the Jane marketing website. Translate business goals into a concrete roadmap, backed by frameworks and shared language to enable clear decision-making on what to build.
- On flagship pages like the homepage, collaborate with Brand, Content, Design, and Product to ensure the story aligns with the product practitioners are signing up for.
- Serve as the decision-maker on how the website is structured and why.
- Connect strategy to customer needs and performance. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals to inform decisions and ensure the website performs post-launch.
- Build and run an experimentation program. Form hypotheses, run tests, and use insights to improve conversion rates, partnering with Product Growth on end-to-end experiments.
- Institutionalize testing as part of the team’s workflow, ensuring impact is clear to stakeholders.
- Lead organic and answer engine presence. Ensure practitioners find Jane through search engines or AI assistants by setting strategy, briefing subject matter experts, and measuring success.
- Partner with the web platform and enablement function to connect strategic direction with platform capabilities, tooling, and execution.
Requirements
- Solid experience in web strategy, digital strategy, product/content strategy, or a closely related discipline, including owning strategy for a substantial website or digital property.
- Experience with technology-forward or platform products is a strong asset.
- Proven track record of treating a website as a growth channel, with specific examples of organic traffic gains, conversion rate wins, or experiments run.
- Deep fluency in information architecture and navigation, with the ability to structure and defend a multi-product site.
- Strong analytical instincts, comfortable using web tagging and analytics data to inform and validate decisions.
- Real experience running A/B tests and CRO growth experimentation at scale.
- Hands-on SEO/AEO fluency, with a focus on what drives measurable results.
- Comfort working in a modern CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Webflow).
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-device testing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate strategy to stakeholders and make data-driven cases.
- Genuine curiosity about Jane’s mission and the healthcare practitioners we serve.

Pay
Jane is committed to paying fairly, clearly, and for growth. Salary ranges reflect the full growth journey in the role, from developing skills to achieving excellence. Most new hires join at the accomplished stage.
- United States: $139,600 - $226,900 USD annually, with the accomplished stage at $165,800 USD.
- Canada: $148,000 – $240,500 CAD annually, with the accomplished stage at $175,800 CAD.
