Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions to improve picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive structured problem-solving efforts and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to increase labor efficiency and warehouse productivity.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to define and test system enhancements (e.g., WMS workflows, automation triggers, routing logic).
  • Support peak season readiness through throughput modeling, labor planning, and workflow simulations.
  • Build operational dashboards and define key metrics (UPH, DPMO, SLA adherence, etc.) to track improvement initiatives.
  • Pilot and scale new warehouse technologies and automation solutions.
  • Coach and influence site leadership on best practices in warehouse optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects in coordination with inbound, outbound, returns, and consolidation teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, process engineering, or supply chain optimization.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale process improvement or warehouse transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with WMS systems and warehouse automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with labor planning, time studies, and engineered labor standards.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus due to collaboration with China-based teams.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
