Senior Vice President, Retail Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Retail Operations to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This executive will set the strategic direction for a retail organization and guide a broad operational team across multiple functions. The role will focus on strengthening execution, improving performance discipline, and advancing standards that support a customer-focused retail experience. This leader will also drive continuous improvement while ensuring the business operates with strong financial and operational accountability.

Compensation

$309,700 – $495,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the vision and strategic direction for the retail division
• Lead a diverse team of operational leaders across multiple functions
• Oversee development and execution of standard operating procedures for operations
• Foster continuous improvement and inspire a proactive team culture
• Ensure compliance with performance metrics and best practices for retail operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of executive leadership experience in a food or retail environment
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility in a complex business
• Proven track record in transforming businesses and innovating strategies
• Experience with fresh, made-to-order, or prepared food operations
• Strong understanding of customer needs and hospitality excellence
