Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Lead, motivate, and manage regional retail teams to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Oversee store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align retail initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of retail outlets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that enhances brand loyalty and satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
    • Proven experience in senior retail management, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leadership role
    • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
    • Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multiple locations
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
