About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Facilities Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This senior leader will oversee facilities operations across a regional portfolio, with responsibility for driving consistency, compliance, and service quality in a complex, highly regulated environment. The role will partner closely with leadership teams to align operating plans, budgets, and capital priorities with broader business objectives. It will also support strong execution across building systems, customer service, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement facilities policies and organizational structure
- Develop short- and long-term business plans aligned with business objectives
- Supervise operating budgets for each data center in the region
- Oversee compliance with organizational expenditure requirements
- Ensure proactive corporate services support through a leadership team
- Negotiate contracts for improvement projects as necessary
- Monitor operational program effectiveness using key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in facilities or data center management
- 5+ years of people management experience, preferably with remote teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulations, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
- Experience with construction practices and project management
- Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget development
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal customer contracts

Compensation
$259,782 – $397,275 annually
