Job Type Full-time Description Position Overview: Foundation Source is looking for a commercially-minded leader to own our most strategic client relationships and drive the growth trajectory of our enterprise book. The SVP, Enterprise Account Executive sets the strategy — and owns the results — for our largest, most complex relationships across our full suite of philanthropic solutions: Donor Advised Funds, private foundations, planned giving, and philanthropic advisory services. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy leadership role for someone who wants a seat at the table with C-Suite decision makers, not a seat waiting for direction. You'll be given the mandate to identify where the growth is, build the plan to capture it, and drive it home — with the latitude to make the calls that matter. We're looking for a competitive, strategic operator who thinks in terms of outcomes, not tasks. Someone who reads a room of senior executives and knows exactly how to move the conversation forward. Someone who sees the whole board, not just the next square. If you're energized by ownership, driven by winning, and comfortable operating several levels above the day-to-day, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Drive Retention & Executive Relationships — 20% Own the strategic relationship with key decision makers up to and including the C-Suite Be the final word of escalation - step in, take control, and resolve issues with speed and authority Set the agenda for executive briefings and strategic reviews that demonstrate clear ROI Own net retention targets across your book - the numbers are yours to hit Shape how Foundation Source's product and strategic direction evolves based on what you're hearing from the field Drive Growth — 20% Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our full philanthropic technology and advisory suite Build and execute your own account growth strategy - this isn't a script, it's your territory to win Get ahead of the market: proactively position new capabilities (DAF enhancements, private foundation services, advisory offerings) before clients ask Take ownership of pricing accuracy and contract terms as a natural extension of managing your accounts like a business Lead Onboarding & Implementation — 20% Take command of the discovery process to ensure nothing about a client's philanthropic structure is left to chance Drive implementation to deadline - escalate fast, solve faster Hold the line on scope, and know when and how to push back on scope creep Lead the setup of new philanthropic vehicles with precision and confidence Own the Account End-to-End — 20% Set the cadence of engagement - monthly touchpoints, minimum - and drive the agenda Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that don't just report the past, but sell the vision for what's next Keep your CRM sharp: opportunities, renewal risk, relationship health - the full picture, always current Get ahead of risk before it becomes a problem, and act decisively when it does Own client engagement through technical releases, coordinating UAT participation as needed Collaboration — 20% Bring a strategic voice to product, advisory, and legal conversations - you're not just relaying client needs, you're shaping the response Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy for the enterprise segment Be the person other teams look to for a clear read on what enterprise clients actually need Other Duties This job description reflects the general nature and level of work expected of this position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required. Employees in this exempt position are expected to perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the primary responsibilities, exempt status, and general scope of the role. The company reserves the right to add, modify, or reassign duties at its discretion, with or without notice. This job description does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an “at will” relationship. Requirements Executive presence and the confidence to operate as a peer to C-Suite leaders - not just present to them A track record of driving revenue outcomes and owning a book of business with authority Strategic, big-picture thinking paired with the decisiveness to act on it Deep knowledge of philanthropic giving vehicles (DAFs, private foundations, planned giving, advisory structures) - or the ability to master it fast A competitive drive and a genuine need to win Strong negotiation instincts and the persuasive skill to bring skeptical stakeholders on board Comfort managing multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously without losing sight of the strategic thread A bias toward action - you'd rather make a decisive call than wait for consensus Fluency with CRM tools, used as a command center rather than a chore Genuine passion for philanthropy and the impact your clients are trying to make Travel up to 15% Job Requirements For Remote Work Environment Dedicated Workspace: Must have a home office or workspace that is free of distractions and interruptions to ensure productivity and focus during work hours.
