About the role

The Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Manage data management practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in CIO roles or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successful technology leadership and strategic planning.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are advantageous.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, particularly GDPR and HIPAA.

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for special projects.
