Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of regional operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to support enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Maintain full P&L ownership for an operating region, through strong working capital management, expense control, and margin improvement.
- Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and contract expansion.
- Promote a customer-centric culture across the region.
- Drive performance through operational metrics, service quality, productivity, and workforce optimization.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development.
- Lead through a team of regional leaders by establishing clear expectations, accountability, and development plans.
- Foster employee engagement and reinforce Prosegur's values throughout the organization.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional regional leadership team, including Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and other key functional leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, licensing requirements, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain oversight of operational risk management, contract compliance, and quality assurance programs.
- Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and operational integrity.
- Lead incident review and corrective action processes when necessary.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
- Multi-State leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and operational performance.
- Executive-level customer relationship management experience.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
