Senior Vice President
About the role
Infinite Global is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead a portfolio of accounts, providing strategic counsel and managing high-stakes communications matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of PR and communications experience, with a minimum of 8 years in account and people management roles. Expertise in media relations and strategic counsel, along with a proven track record in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors, is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of accounts; drive the development, implementation, and execution of public relations initiatives that achieve clients' immediate and long-term goals.
- Provide independent, sophisticated counsel to clients and senior executives on complex communications matters, including crisis situations.
- Demonstrate a fluent understanding of clients' business, competitive landscape, and sector dynamics; proactively identify opportunities and risks and advise accordingly.
- Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns anchored in media relations; collaborate with research, broadcast, creative, and additional specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Identify patterns and opportunities across your portfolio; pull portfolio-level insights across the practice.
- Lead and contribute to new business pitches; originate opportunities through client relationships and industry networks.
- Career manage staff; conduct performance reviews, lead coaching sessions, and hold direct reports accountable for both client delivery and their own professional development.
- Act as a senior mentor across the broader team; model intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to collegiality and excellence.
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional and leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.

Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years’ PR / communications experience, with at least eight years in an account and people management role.
- Significant experience in the Legal and Professional services sectors.
- Expert media relations skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sophisticated messaging and storytelling strategies for senior audiences.
- A proven track record of independently managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering measurable results across complex, high-stakes situations.
- Exceptional client management skills and a demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships, manage workflow, and maintain account profitability.
- A strong instinct for business development; you can identify and convert organic growth opportunities and contribute meaningfully to new business pitches.
- A demonstrated people leader known for developing talent, building high-performing teams, and elevating the capabilities of the senior professionals around you.
- A proven writer and strategic thinker, capable of overseeing media plans and a broad range of client materials with limited oversight.
- Experience counseling senior business leaders on communications matters; experience with media training and crisis communications is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with the legal, financial, or professional services markets, or a compelling track record in adjacent sectors with a clear appetite to develop that expertise.
Qualifications
- Fluency in the legal, financial, or professional services markets is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.

Pay
The current annual base salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule; two days in the office with three optional work-from-home days per week.
